Budget?

Try to be as low as possible luh it would be better if no money is invloved.

Therefore, Shi Jia and i tried to look for wholesale supplier for most budget patries n . Gosh! It's freaking hard to find the party supplier in Singapore.even though S'pore have but where is it?They just hide their factories either in the centre of nowhere or ulu road.

Shi Jia recommend Ms Loh to drive all the way to buy.I agreed.Well cheaper and more choices.Ms Loh agreed with our suggestions just that she is afraid of robbery.LOL! Well drop this idea. Shall continue searching for wholesale supplier in SINGAPORE!
