finally i was out of house! no longer any cagebird.haha went to Jalan Besar Swimming Complex alone.suddenly have the urge to swim so yeah shut my labtop down and pack my stuffs ,off to Swimming Complex (: mum was like "huh? the sun was so strong. going alone uh?" well i purposely pick on the hot afternoon.cause i want to get tan! going alone is really good! can swim how many laps i want without waiting for friends or letting friends to wait for you.sort of paiseh lei.saw Xue Ping and his mum.i was kinda happy to see familiar faces at swimming pool (: childhood friends! :D kinda miss sheun kiat ,liang ping too ): didnt contact for years!! the pools are occupied by most of the male.only few ladies found.haha.hoping to see hunks but sad. none. haha! swam 10 laps at adult pool but halfway my goggles break into half.damn! so swam without goggles.tsk! proceed to children's pool and swim again.swam roughly 12-15 laps.swam 10 laps continuously.bulid my stamina back.string sun did darker my complex (: whee~ but tired my eyes.

hold the breath under water can temporary forget the problem.under water is really peaceful and quiet.

bathe and went to buy fruits ,replenish H2O haha.walked home and again,on labtop and i'm here to blog lor haha.benefit from swimming man.can have darker complex and stay healthy!! woot! shall try to swim every weekend.try only.

hoping tmr outing with clique will be a successful one and hoping there will be an outing too haha lol
